I've mentioned a few times last season, how I wished our O-line played with a bit more grit/attitude.  This hire should solve that.

 

I remember hearing how the players loved him when he was last with the Bills.  This is an incredibly solid hire.

This Dorsey, Brady, Kromer & Hall combo is going to be very exciting. Hopefully Kromer keeps pulling the guards like we did successfully late this season. Go out and find a speed RB. Play action for Josh will be brutal for opposing D's.  The offense will be amazing.  The defense......who knows?
