The term pro bowler has officially reached worthless Lest we forget...Tyrod Taylor...Pro-Bowler...I actually watched it that year because he was in it. Quote
RangerDave Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 I wonder what Diggs' current WR teammates think of him recruiting other WR's to play for us? Whose playing time would they take? Gabe? Beasley? Knox? I'd rather him try to recruit positions where we are not as well stocked. Of course, this is probably just Diggs playing around.... Quote

benderbender Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Show me the baby. Tired of hearing about being a FA destination. Unless Sanders comes back, he's not even proof. 1 1 Quote
billybrew1 Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Beane got us the best backup QB in the league last year for peanuts, maybe they can woo a defender this year? IDK? But it would be awfully big deal if he could.... Bills fans would be free! Free at last! Get us that Super Bowl, McBeane! Quote

Syracuse entity doesn't want to bite the hand that feeds them. But could the Bills look attractive to some top but aging talent looking for a ring ... perhaps. BillMafia716ix Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Am I the only one upset that Diggs went to the pro bowl? Was a no show vs. the Chiefs, didn’t have anything to say after the game. But went to go play in the garbage pro bowl game? 1 Quote

Beane is capable of doing that. 1 Quote

Not saying they can sign a bunch of pro bowl guys, but it can be done Yeah, like check the Saints. They just lost one of the better coaches in football because he doesn't want to deal with the cap consequences of what they've done. Yes, it can be done. No, it's generally not a great idea. There are consequences. It's like saying, "Hey, you can buy any car you want. Just put get enough credit cards and do it." Yeah, you can do it. No, you generally shouldn't. And luckily, Beane has shown he's not that kind of guy. They'll get some money available, from cutting and re-structuring. They'll do it smart, so they don't kill our cap for the next few years. qwksilver Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 This is one reason not to hate the Pro Bowl. But I can't think of much else....WTG Diggs! 1 Quote
