My “hate” (I don’t hate him) towards him is kind of like his skill set.

Well - they are a division opponent played twice yearly.

They really do matter.

He is a kid, who played pretty well for a rookie this year and has played more games than any other rookie the last few years between his senior year and rookie year. (Burrows would been the same his rookie year if he hadn’t gotten hurt)  I think he needs some time off and time in the gym

The issue w/ Mac is that Pats nation got WAY ahead of themselves around mid-season.  There were already conclusions that he was the best pick from the draft and would go #1 in a re-draft. Many fans there were comparing his development to 2001, and saying the Pats were ready to embark on another dynasty.

He's exactly the QB that scouts thought he was. Which isn't bad, but it's no "steal."

Why are Bills fans so triggered by anything the Pats or their players do? Brady is no longer there,  Jones is no Brady and Pats are looking up to us.  We have the prize stud QB ,  now we just need Beane to get some defensive play makers and we can maybe finally win some Super Bowls .  Again I could care less about the Pats,  goal should be winning Super Bowls

Because the media still treats them like they are the class of the AFC, and are ready to return to dominance any minute now.

If 15 AFC QB's backed out in 2013, would EJ have made the Pro Bowl?

I don't see the relevance of a season from nearly a decade ago. Living in the past?

He was the perfect fit for the Pays, which is exactly what everyone thought.  Pats Nation? Are you going on Pats boards? Because most of us are happy with him and see a bright future, and like EVERY QB in the league now he needs great WR around him to succeed and reach his potential.. whatever that is.

He did what was asked of him, which was fine. They had to play with a lead, otherwise it was gonna be a struggle.

He'll be good. How good? We'll see. Not sure what his ceiling is.

Not sure if this was posted from NESN out of Boston....

https://nesn.com/2022/02/mac-jones-became-afc-hero-nfl-pro-bowl-skills-showdown/

Mac Jones Became AFC Hero At NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown

But the 23-year-old redeemed himself in Thread The Needle. After Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins scored 11 points for the NFC, Jones overcame a tough start to score 12 points for the AFC and lead them to victory.

In the end, he was responsible for the AFC’s only victory.

Those Boston Media guys/writers, they are reaching SO HARD to make him look like he is one of the best QBs in the league.

Is laughing at a mediocre QB struggling in a skills challenge being triggered?

I am more concerned with teams that have great QB'S and they are not included in that list.
