Expand 28 times is not that tragic, esp with a pocket passer as a QB and keep in mind that’s 28 times in 17 games. Josh was sacked 26 times during the regular season for reference. 28 times is about 1.7 times per game which ranks 4th best in the NFL. Made more impressive by the fact that they don’t have a QB known to avoid sacks. On 2/3/2022 at 8:45 PM, Big Turk said: 28 is a very low number, what are you talking about? Buffalo_Stampede Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Scheme likely played a big role as this guy runs a zone scheme and Munchak runs a man or a gap scheme. Maybe Bills were more concerned in what scheme the OL coach would bring in rather than looking for experience. 1 1 Quote
bouds Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 I think this says more about our run blocking scheme going forward, If he gets the job it will be heavy zone blocking, not that we didn't block that way at times but it's just the system he comes from is zone heavy. 1 Quote
