Anyways cool hire for the Dolphins. This Guy seems fun, can he coach a team I have no idea?  I get the impression he could be fired in a year and just be like “yeah, so that didn’t go too well..see ya”

Good for him. Reports are he interviewed really well. Seems no one really cares about that aspect of the hiring process these days, it’s the most important part though.

Other teams hire an Arab born in Michigan and a guy who is a 1/4th black and the 49ers get 4 valuable draft picks in 3 years...for doing absolutely nothing.
