Most of us who root from afar spend far more of our disposable income on the Bills than local supporters like you. Listen I'm not going to get into who's fandom is bigger and better Locals versus non locals.. Bills fandom is Bill's fandom The bolded , while maybe true for some people.. is a very blanket statement that is not correct at all There's lots of Bills fans in Buffalo who spend tens and tens and tens of thousands of dollars a year on the bills People who haven't missed games in 10-20 years... People who spend their entire paycheck on Bills memorabilia If Buffalonians didn't spend money on the bills we would have been gone a long time ago.. but they get a lot of money from us 1 Quote

Remember he only came out cuz TB12 wanted him too. TB12 MADE SURE the dirty POS got his contract bonuses so he can cheap shot his way to the bank. No Gronk, no way - no how. Lets ask Tre what he thinks?? Seeing as we offered him a deal last year it seems like a real consideration. And tre may have blessed it. 1 1 1 Quote

Conjecture and hearsay......I move to strike that comment from the record. Until I see Tre's twitter light up showing the POS some love I doubt it. NFL is a business, doesn't mean Tre gets any input. Nihilarian Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Just think, If the Bills keep working the run game like they did the last few games of 2021. Nearly 500 yards of offense against that Patriots #2 defense in that playoff game Buffalo 29 rushes for 174 yards, 2 TDs & Allen 21 of 25 for 308 passing yards 5 TDs. A good power run game to go along with that Buffalo passing game and that Buffalo offense will be unstoppable. I'm really happy that the guy who always wanted to pass the ball...even when it wasn't working is gone. You know, like what happened to Pat Mahomes in that AFC Championship game. Quote

Love the idea of bolstering our run game and advancing play action. I don’t think Gesicki will be a reasonably priced option though I’d be head over goddarned heels for it. Quote

What Gronk did was perhaps the worst thing I've ever seen because it was completely after the play and there is no evidence Tre did anything to provoke him besides making an interception -- in a game in which the Pats*** were up by more than two scores in the 4th quarter. There is no justification and no excuse. Gronk lost his mind (what little there is) and did something Tre couldn't defend himself from, or was even aware was coming, that could have ended his career (or worse). I've watched the play many times. Each time it makes me madder. Total sucker punch on a defenseless man. Football players, and professional athletes in general, have a code and respect that their health is their livelihood. Now, I admit I have no idea whether Gronk ever reached out to Tre to explain himself and apologize. If he did, and Tre was good with it, fine -- but for ME, Gronk is not welcome anywhere near the Bills. They don't need him to get where they want to be. Sadly I think the gronk to buffalo thing has legs at least from gronks side Listening to a few bar stool podcasts when talking about bradys retirement what gronk was gonna do and without hesitation they said go home to buffalo And gronk is tight with bar stool Quote

I think speculation is the word you were looking for but I wouldn’t be shocked if they at least gave a heads up. I don’t think there was an ask of permission but I’d guess some sort of acknowledgment between tre and beane occurred (direct or indirect) 1 Quote

So figured I’d watch Kens time with the Miami hurricanes and he ran an awful lot of 2 TE…1 Back style stuff…now it could be the insane talent they had at those positions but was thinking this might factor into the Bills free agent and draft decisions as well. Either way it looks like we are getting a lot of play action in his offense as he loved to do that Miami I really hope we don't see much of what he was doing in Coral Gables. College football and NFL football are different animals. Quote

EasternOHBillsFan Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 It's funny how people here are talking about speculation but are so willing to ASSume that Tre would be opposed to Gronk being a Bill. I say bring him onboard, and let's party, Super Bowl championship style. 1 Quote

In a hurry up offense I feel like this would wreak havoc and confuse the crap out of DC’s. If the 49ers had Allen they would be a lock for winning the SB this year. If I was Dorsey I would steal most of my plays from the 49ers play book. The 49ers play design and formations are brilliant and whoever the guy is there that is responsible for designing that running attack needs to be bronzed. Yes exactly this. Quote
