MrEpsYtown Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Tee Martin is going to be a very good coach in this league. Very smart dude, who played the QB position and was learning to play QB side by side and behind Peyton Manning. Honestly, I don't hate the idea. He is also working under Greg Roman, so maybe he can integrate some of those run game concepts here. He is a rising star and I think the interview is warranted. It scares me for sure, but I like the process. 13 1 4 2 Quote

hondo in seattle Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 My first thought was, "Oh, frig! Dorsey turned us down!" Then I remembered the new, modified Rooney rule. Quote

CaptnCoke11 Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Rooney rule seems like a slap in face as much as it looks like the right thing to do on the surface. Hey come on and interview so we can promote this guy on staff already. 6 Quote
Cheektowaga Chad Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Does he have any connections with Dorsey or Allen? Maybe interviewing for qb coach as well? 1 2 Quote

Success Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 They should just let Allen call the plays. 1 1 Quote

BigdaddyinOrlando Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Due diligence for the Rooney rule and if Dorsey leaves IMO Quote

Bruffalo Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Of all the Ravens positional groups, WR has consistently been their worst. I don't know how I feel about this even if it's just a feeler interview. 1 1 Quote

They're getting visibility and experience where they might otherwise have not. 5 3 2 Quote
