Howard Hesseman passes at 81.  One of my favorite late 70’s early 80’s TV characters Johnny Fever.

A great character on an underrated show.

Kind of like NewsRadio and Phil Hartman in my mind. That was a life lost much too soon.

RIP Howard.

I'm confused, but I thought that his name was Johnny Caravella.

Seriously, though.  Awesome show.  Great actor.  RIP.

(For those who have seen it on DVD, or at least around 2007/8, they ruined the show by not being able to license a lot of the original music that was a great setup for jokes/dialog.)

RIP.

2022 is not starting well for the old and famous. Should we pin a "those we lost" this year post?

Too morbid to pin, IMO, and if I started it I’d be afraid I’d top the list.  😱

You already got a month in the bag, why worry?

Waking up tomorrow?

Honestly, my mom is 94 and I just need to outlast her. She was sure she would die at 92 because her mother and grandmother died at 92. Everybody dies (sorry for the spoiler with no alert). If I make it thru tomorrow it’s all good!

One of my favorites from the show.

RIP

I had one of those in college.  Volunteers were paid for their time.  I discovered I stopped stuttering when I drank.
