    • No. For example, Gronk will take targets away from Dawson Knox who is breaking out.

very likely weird. devils advocate here: Tre is really laid back and silly, and def wants to win.  Without that play I could see them being 2 personalities that mesh well.  Who knows though.  Im sure its a convo Beane and White have before trigger were to get pulled.  I cant see Tre saying no honestly

I agree that they could work it out in the name of winning, but that initial meeting between the two in the locker room would be fun to see.

No. Cause he’s an A hole; no other reason.

Exactly.  One of the dirtiest plays I’ve ever seen taking his arm (in a hard brace) to the back of Tre’s neck.  Eff him.  Stay the hell away from my team.

Gronk coming home for his final season makes sense, but it will take targets away from Dawson Knox.

They talked last year, I think he ultimately retires but if Gronk wanted a cheap home coming I’d be for it.

He’s a TE2 upgrade for sure.

Aside from the dirty hit on Tre, generally love the way he plays the game and would take him in a munute.

Aside from the double murders, OJ was a hell of a running back.

Asking Gronk to play for a year would be like asking Jarvis Landry. Probably not realistic and besides frat boy will probably re-retire and do his commercials.

Who wants Landry?? He was never an impactful player like Gronk was/is

I wouldn't mind a one year deal. I honestly can't see him coming here though

Why not? His binky Tom is retired. Why not play with the QB most likely to win a ring?

We need a solid overall second tight end regardless of how good Knox has become.

Releasing Hollister was questionable, Sweeney did not show promise blocking or catching, Doyle as a jumbo tight end helped our blocking, but he's not much of a threat as a route-runner so it tips our hand.

I would love for Gronk to finish his career as a Bill, but I think we need to build through the draft considering our cap situation.

I would sign him, just to give our defensive players free target practice. I seriously can’t believe anyone would consider signing Gronk. I wouldn’t even take him in his prime, for what he did to Tre.

Yes.

That won't be popular take here on Ex-Pat-Bills-Drive..........but the Gronks and their business are still part of the community for those of us who actually live here.

After what Gronk did to Tre I would never support him playing for the Bills. Gronk just said recently that he doesn't even regret doing it because he wanted to sit out a game or 2

It came down to TB and BUF for him last year so it is a possibility. BUT he’d prob be too $$&

Yep, what they offered last year won't fit in the budget this time.

But he put up 800+ yards on about the same amount of grabs that Dawson Knox put up less than 600 last year.............he's not washed up by any means.
