Special K Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 What's with the hate post, if you don't like him you should be glad he left. Personally, I'm excited with the new coaches the Bills have brought in, and can't wait to see what direction they take the Offense.... 2 Quote

What did he do in the PATS game at home, the Jags game away, the Steelers here or the Indy fiasco??? No answers? He's benefited by a very special NFL QB. IF the special QB can't execute he's just another guy on the staff. This is his history - How many positions did he keep for just 1 year?? William & Mary (1997) Volunteer assistant Michigan State (1998–1999) Graduate assistant New England Patriots (2000–2001) Defensive assistant New England Patriots (2002–2006) Wide receivers coach New York Jets (2007–2008) Quarterbacks coach Cleveland Browns (2009–2010) Offensive coordinator Miami Dolphins (2011) Offensive coordinator Kansas City Chiefs (2012) Offensive coordinator New England Patriots (2013–2016) Tight ends coach Alabama (2017) Offensive coordinator & quarterbacks coach Buffalo Bills (2018–2021) Offensive coordinator New York Giants (2022–present) Head coach After this career he deserves BIG MONEY - - but he isn't a Head Coach! What was he supposed to do in the pats home game? Then he dismantled hoody x2. Had Bills O on fire and obviously should have had Bills hosting vs Bengals at home. Coaches win, lose, move around and learn. A very common resume for those who aren’t gifted HC jobs after being position coaches. He was gifted JA who he developed. So.. they both helped each other. In combination with JS and some cap issues I think he will get more than two years. DJones has some potential, we shall see. Seems an odd position to take on an OC who arguably deserved and had earned a very good shot at SB. Edited February 6, 2022 by QLBillsFan Quote
