But I cannot turn on the TV without seeing Mahomes or Rodgers in a new commercial. I just can't imagine being a star NFL QB with all the demand to watch film and be at practice, then try and squeeze in time for a Hulu or State Farm commercial a few days a week? And for what, a couple mil here, a couple mil there? Allen is about to make $250M in the next few years, endorsement money is a fraction of that. I would most definitey protect my rest for the betterment of my team, career, mental/physical health, and winning a Super Bowl. Just does not seem worth it at that point. Quote

Many players would have issue with going there since vaccine required and they have an "Antonio Brown" rule and they arrest anyone with false cards. Quote

He then becomes MVP Runner-Up to Aaron Rodgers in Year 3 and has a Playoff Run in Year 4 where I'm pretty sure he was levitating. The jumps he's been able to make year to year have been insane. We all knew he is one of, if not THE, most talented QB to ever come into this league. That guy we saw against NE and KC cannot be stopped by an opposing team. It took Daboll inexplicably going ground and pound for two drives to prevent Allen from throwing for 6 TD's. As long as we protect him, and give him weapons, we will have the best QB in the NFL for the next decade. Next year he'll walk on water and make blind men see (refs). 2 Quote

The whole ad campaign probably takes less than a week of the athlete's time. No player is turning down an extra 2-3 million a year in endorsements. 1 Quote
Canadian Bills Fan Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 Ive been saying for years, scrap the Pro Bowl Game itself, name your rosters like you would an All Madden team and then make the weekend a series of skills competitions 1 Quote

I hope they have to ask Carson Wentz to play, serves them right. I've long since tuned out to the joke that it has become. It's a glorified practice and player beach party. Me too. I used to love the Pro Bowl, because the players actually played as if it were a real game. 1 Quote
BillsShredder83 Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 I hope the franchise as a whole just declines going forward. Id really like to see a bitter rivalry where Josh puts up a 10k 100td season, and declines, so then the next year josh goes 10k/100 again, and gets no votes lol lets get this thing PETTTTTYYYYY Quote

goober Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 Last significant thing I remember from the Pro Bowl is Robert Edwards blowing out his knee. That's going back to a time when I felt sorry for New England, it's like a different universe. Quote
