Jester Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I feel like we need a NASTY D and we don't really get that with Mr. Nice Guy Frazier. Not sure what happened last night but they didn't seem like the #1. And Daboll has some head scratching play calling during games. 2 Quote

PetermansRedemption Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 For Frazier, I think a tackling dummy would be an adequate replacement. 3 2 Quote

Alphadawg7 Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I badly want Flores for DC, but I think it’s possible he could get a HC offer still. But if not, I would take him at DC in a heartbeat. 3 5 Quote
thunderingsquid Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I'd take a potato over Frazier right now. 1 1 Quote
Lv-Bills Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Dorsey And anyone that shows a pulse. Flores would be awesome, but I think he deserves to be a Head Coach. 1 Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Mike Zimmer makes a lot of sense. Fangio is a 3-4 guy. A lot of what they do is 4-3 under type stuff, but not sure it meshes with McDermott. Brian Flores would be awesome. Patrick Graham, who is a Belicheat/Flores disciple would be an interesting fit as well. Bring back Jim Schwartz. Or call me crazy, but is there anyone on the planet who knows what McDermott wants to do defensively more than Luke Kuechly? Dude is brilliant and knows exactly what coach wants. Everyone else is hiring young guys without experience, why not us? All that said, if Frazier gets another job is or is let go (which I think is highly unlikely) I think they just promote their DBs coach John Butler. 4 1 1 Quote
oldmanfan Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I’d look at Martindale or Zimmer for DC. I think we need someone who would be more aggressive, but would McD want someone like that? 3 1 Quote

MrEpsYtown Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 If Daboll goes, you are probably getting Ken Dorsey as the OC and Mike Shula as QB coach. Quote

Mike Zimmer, there is some commonality in scheme but again it isn't an easy fit. 1 Quote

I really hope McD gives serious thoughts to his defensive philosophy this off season. We can be more aggressive given we have a QB and offense that can score. 4 1 1 Quote
zow2 Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 After last night, i can't imagine Frazier being introduced at some teams press conference as their new head coach. Not after last night. Disgraceful ending. 2 Quote
