How many times did he think tails would keep coming up in a row?? Inquiring minds want to know! So they actually said the odds of him winning a tenth straight tonight would have been 2 raised to the 10th power which is less than one in a thousand (don't have my calculator handy) Quote
frostbitmic Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 On a kickoff the clock doesn't run until the ball is touched. If the guy falls on the ball it might burn 1 second. Quote
Ross Murdock Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 You can't lose with 13 seconds left. You just can't. This was the Bills year. The Bills had a crazy, easy schedule, a mostly healthy team, A young Bengals team for AFC crown at home for the SB was waiting! The Super Bowl against one of two very flawed NFC teams was waiting? This was the year. The path will NEVER be this easy again.... 13 seconds.... Wide right. Now all we have are the Sabers. 1 Quote
BananaB Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 McD says execution so my guess is Bass wasn’t suppose to put that ball in the end zone. 1 Quote

Coaching lost us the game last year and they did it this year as well. You don't even have to know much about football to know that the squib is the only option there. Embarrassing on every level. Also the playoff game in Houston! His prevent defense Scheme is horrible! Edited January 24, 2022 by popcornpam 1 Quote
SUNTANBILLS FAN Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 And how do you not tjrpw the red chAllnage flag when Gabe went sideline. You never know how the replay guys will call it was so close on the bobble they might overturn 1 Quote
Estro Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Simply said, it cost us our season. Had we squibbed the Bills would be hosting the AFCCG next Sunday. Really tough 1 Quote
Rico Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I remember a squib kick that didn’t work out so well in the playoffs against the Titans, too bad Christie didn’t kick the ball out of the end zone. 1 Quote

Give him all the time in the world and just don’t give up 40-45 yards. Almost as heinous is not having someone bumping Hill & Kelce and/or one of them doubled. Quote
Einstein Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Squib and you win the game. Its that simple in my opinion. Quote
Dr.Sack Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Go for 2 at the end makes it a TD only wins it. Quote

Field it cleanly and kneel down. 1 second off the clock. Same chance for two plays. Squibb would make no difference, other than give KC even better field position. Agreed Quote

Peter Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Bills Face Criticism for Decision to Kick Deep This is going to be a talking point throughout the offseason . . . together with the overtime rules (especially in the playoffs). Quote
Old Coot Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Interesting thing about statistics: 1. Odds of coin coming up tails 11 times in a row is quite small. But 2. The coin doesn't know that. There are only two sides to the coin so on the 11th flip, the odds are 50-50 that it lands tails. 1 Quote

I can't even read this We were "THAT" team this year. We were going to win it all. I can't even think about the coaches let alone listen to them right now. Quote
