How many times on 2BT do folks criticize Allen for leaving the pocket to soon? IMO that's the key to Allen's otherworldly success at extending pays. Watching TN collapse the Bengals pocket it's clear that you have about a half a second to decide whether or not you're going to abandon the pocket. If you don't make that snap decision EARLY you won't be able to escape. Allen is great at jumping ship at the perfect moment. We see it as a tad early but in truth it's perfect timing. I wonder what this might mean to the rest of teams confidence in Tannehill going forward? The difference between Elite and Ok Starter is pretty evident in my mind. 1 Quote

Chicken Boo Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 And they're stuck with Tannehill next season. $38 million in base salary + bonuses. 1 1 1 Quote
