He might but Stafford has been doing this thing this year where he throws horribly stupid INTs on his own side of the field at the worst possible times.

McVay needs to live a little

All I’m thinking is this team has a chance to beat Brady next week.

I was kind of hoping to beat him in the SB

Imagine the “narrative” if josh tossed up that softball Murray did.

Hell, Josh was perfect the other day and the narrative is still "yea but..."

They need to go back to the original playoff format with 6 teams each conference with top two getting byes.  There’s been one competitive game the entire wildcard weekend and the one team (per conference) getting the bye becomes a massive (unfair) advantage.

It’s an incentive to play for the top seed so teams don’t take it easy in the last games. The two playoff extra games are worth too much revenue to give up.

And for the two teams that just missed, the Chargers had a win over the Chiefs, and the Saints beat the Bucs twice.

exactly.  “Let’s see him do it two weeks in a row.”

Then add another team and nobody gets a bye week

I think Kingsbury is in danger of getting fired. His teams just go flat on the back end of seasons, college and pro. This Cardinals team tonight was DOA.

You don't sign all those expensive vets year after year to flame out in wild card games.

I also thought Kingsbury was supposed to be an offensive guru. He was the young guy with fresh new ideas, but I sure haven’t seen it. McVay was a young coach who proved he had a system that works. Kingsbury never showed anything special.
