BuffaloBillyG Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Taron Johnson. Needing him to step up against the run and I don't see them playing Klein more than a handful of snaps. Also, hopefully (if he's active) AJE has learned that when N'Keal Harry lines up right next to him and stares him down...that block is coming to try and seal the edge. He needs to fire out and knock Harry on his buttocks. 1 Quote

For the last Pats game they had an entire package which consisted of being Neal in for I believe Jackson. Edited January 14, 2022 by atlbillsfan1975 Quote
Dont Stop Billeiving Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Good thread...I'll pick a dark horse candidate, Greg Rousseau. He's among the league leaders in run stops (#1 by a wide margin when compared against other rookies) and you can't teach the length he has...tough task against a good Patriots o-line, but I could see him setting the edge, picking up a TFL or two, and batting down a pass. 1 Quote

Greg S Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 I have gone with Singletary the last few weeks and its worked out well. So I am not changing now. Quote

condor1 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Singletary, We have to match the Patriots somewhat in the running game, unlike the first meeting. Than Josh can light them up! Now, it appears we can do it. Also McKenzie. He destroyed the Pats in game 2. Quote
Clyde Smith Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 E. Sanders will be back to early season form. He's been here before, nothing he hasn't seen already on the way to SB's. Quote

No way he drops 10 balls this week, and he will be Josh's big yardage target. Yes, they should have sat him down last game after the first half dozen he dropped. In baseball they call that somebody coming in in relief. I was disappointed Kumerow didn't show up until it was over. He would have better than Davis that night by far. 1 1 Quote

Max Fischer Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 First - Singletary/run game sans Josh. Second - Edmunds. I'm a fan of TE, but if he has a very good game, the Pats offense should stall. Quote

Son of a K-Gun Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Gotta feeling we'll see a big pick-6 from a guy that has been overlooked but has quietly put up a great season...Levi Wallace. Guy is due. I can see him sitting on a weakass McCorkle sideline throw and housing it. Of course this assumes McCorkle is actually allowed to throw the ball... Quote
LeGOATski Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Motor on offense. Belichick will try to take away Josh and Diggs. Motor needs to run like he'll and catch those outlets for nice gains. Ed & Harry on defense. Mac Jones crumbles when the pressure flashes in front of his face. Make him take those checkdowns quick. They also need to be stout against the run in order to force the Pats to pass. Quote

I know he didn’t have a good stat line or game but I didn’t recall it being that many. 😜🤣 To your prediction, hopefully he has a strong bounce back game. 1 Quote

Time to get Down and Dirty!😁 Wouldn’t have it any other way, bro. You’re pick of McKenzie vs. the patriots in round two was the right one. He dominated in that game. Quote
