Nextmanup Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 (edited) As many have said, first and foremost it's the weather. This isn't going to be normal Buffalo winter that WNYers are immune to. This is going to be a FRIGID experience and that is enough to keep people away. Secondly, it's tough for Canadians to come over the border, and I'm sure they represent a solid % of most home crowds. What seems to be the issue, weather, cost. Objectively one could scoff at the idea That Bills fans are the greatest in the NFL. While the "Final" weather forecast isn't in yet it seems we are fast approaching Absolute Zero. 1 Quote

Nextmanup Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 I don't think we will see many fans looking like this on Saturday night: Quote

buffaloboyinATL Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 I thought there were only about 5,000 seats left. That doesn’t seem like a lot to me. The important part is that everyone shows up, despite the weather. Would love to see a very loud full house. Quote

Giuseppe Tognarelli Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 The vaccine requirement and Canada being closed (is that still right?) obviously have some built-in effect. Throw in the fact that it's going to be one of the coldest games in Bills history and it makes a lot of sense. And maybe a little bit of an effect from folks who are mad about no dome. 2 Quote

Western NY economy has never been great & the fans are use to the weather . I've also heard that if you drink enough alcohol the virus dies due to alcohol poisoning LOL . Besides these are Bills fans they jump through tables they ain't scared 😂 ... And the virus can't get through massive amounts of mustard & ketchup so pinto Ron has got it going on !! 1 Quote
Giuseppe Tognarelli Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Are the 5,000 seats on StubHub the same seats that are available on other sites like the official NFL Ticket Exchange? Are they listed on both sites or does each site have unique tickets? If unique, there are a lot more than 5,000 available Quote
out Posted January 13, 2022 Author Posted January 13, 2022 (edited) The vaccination issue is a good point . If it not for that may be close to sold out. Seems resale tickets prices may need a reality check Edited January 13, 2022 by tenderland 1 Quote
That's No Moon Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 The demographic of people who buy tickets to these games is older than the Bills and league want to admit. New stadium should be 55k max. Compact to amplify the noise. 2 Quote
