4_kidd_4 Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 So, now, am I to understand that I should dress for warmth at the Buffalo football contest this saturdee evening? Quote

Happening on the Pats forum too. 10 minutes ago, davspo said: Question : are you allowed to build a fire in the stadium lots Not sure if it’s allowed but it happens all the time. 1 Quote

Even our QB says he hates this ***** but let's keep it open air for all the old farts who say "that's how the game is meant to be played" even though they themselves are entirely to old to tolerate what's coming Saturday Night. Impressive. One rarely sees that many lies packed into a single post. 2 3 Quote

Good question, but I'm almost sure I've seen rain in freezing Temps. I thought the "wind chill" was the 0 degree factor. Does water care about wind chill? Haha. Bills might have just found a secret weapon in the fight against the elements. Maybe, the fans should do it, too. That'd be funny. https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2022/1/13/22882143/bart-scott-josh-allen-viagra-nfl-playoffs Quote

And since there’s nothing to do in BUF on a Saturday night…”fake best fans” “Fair weather fans” refers to more than the weather! Or ticket prices. Let’s see how their front running fan base jumps off the bandwagon when they miss the playoffs for a decade or two. Who are the REAL fair weather fans? How do THEY fill the stadium for night games with wind chills well below zero? In their enormous (compared to Buffalo) market in NEW ENGLAND? They can eat dirt, and everybody knows it. RichRiderBills Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 This conversation is a bit silly. Cold as hell but COVID is also raging. Older fans don't want to risk it. At any rate game still will be sold out. Quote

Covid has been raging this entire season. it just seems odd that the colder it gets the more Covid is used as an excuse. 1 1 Quote

Maybe in a round-about way due to the border issues? Only 800 or so season ticket holders asked for refunds/cancellations when the Bills required vaccination. … On 1/12/2022 at 7:04 PM, Nextmanup said: I don't think we will see many fans looking like this on Saturday night: The gentleman below was at the Falcons game. Buffalo_Stampede Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Many Bills fans probably don't know the Bills had trouble selling out home playoff games in the 90s. Quote

HIGH of 9F, by definition, there will not be freezing rain! Nice B8 M8. You should not take quotes out of context to kill a straw man. I said it was a weather report from like a week ago. Things change. Perhaps you should try reading between the lines, sometimes. I know it's hard to grasp the entirety of a point, as that has been lost by so many of you it's sickening. But, maybe try it sometime, you'll never know what you discover. 1 Quote

frostbitmic Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 To be fair, it wasn't known until Sunday evening that the Bills would have a home playoff game. I wouldn't sit outside for more than 15 minutes if the temperature is zero for anything, I'm too old for that ****. Threat of Covid will keep a number away, not being vax'd will cause more to miss the game. Crossing the border is a major hassle for our friends to the North. **** the patriots The stadium will be full and rocking at least until everyone gets frozen to their seats. 1 Quote
