The thing is, if the Bills could ever really stick to a game plan, they could grab those 3-4 miserable home games a year. Domes suck 2. Look up the word Sarcasm 🤷♀️?? People like you big-timing other fans and questioning their fandom almost makes me ashamed to be in the same stadium as you. You call me out for questioning fandom yet felt compelled to point out you've been to every game since 2007? Almost if you wear it as a badge, as if you know...It makes you a better fan, say? Southern Bills Fan Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Hopefully with the proposed covered seats it will mitigate the wind somewhat. It’s usually the wind that’s the problem, not the temperature. 4 Quote

CorkScrewHill Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 There is a difference between cold and potentially life threatening cold. There have been right around 500 games in Buffalo and this will be the second coldest. You have people already worried about Covid and then throw this into the mix and many people do not want to take the risk. I personally would love a dome, but I do think you can be unwilling to go to this specific game, but still want an open air stadium. 1 1 1 Quote

JMF2006 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 I bet the Bills Box Office is almost sold out. The secondary market usually take a bath on these games when conditions are not ideal. Check the weather for Sunday at 1pm 29*F and the game is in Artic conditions on Saturday night Quote
Matt_In_NH Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 This type of cold is rare to line up with a game....but will cause a lot of dome talk. All we need is a gofundme to raise a billion and it can probably happen. 1 Quote
Conlan58 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 The biggest argument I have for a dome is that it becomes a place that can be used year round. Think RV shows, concerts, expos, other sports, etc. Heck, maybe even someday hosting the Combine. I'm not going to lie - I would be there if it wasn't going to be as cold as it is. If it were a dome, I would be bringing my whole family, but I have two young boys and there is no way I'd do that to them with the current situation. 1 1 2 Quote
Bill Murray Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 So Tremaine Edmunds is gone right? Tyrod can be the long term answer at QB with the right pieces, whose with me? Just look at his QB rating! there you go, now no longer a stadium thread…. 3 1 Quote
Rampage Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 The dome talk is nonsense. Imagine them sticking a dome over Lambeau? It’s embarrassing. These south and dome teams come up to Buffalo and don’t know what hit them. It’s removing an unmatched advantage. 3 1 2 Quote

I dont quite get it Are you saying The people selling on the secondary market are trying to make a buck, but will still go to the game when the time is up? Or will these unsold secondary market tickets be empty seats? what's the fate of them. it does not appear the secondary market tickets will sell out, there are massive batches of 6 and even 8 still available Edited January 14, 2022 by DrDare Quote
JMF2006 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Well seeing as I am a Canadian I still face goofy hurdles 2 years into this mess that restrict my right to travel freely. So I guess its its the leather recliner and 55" HD TV........I will be there in spirit 1 Quote
HOUSE Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 I am neutral, I go when its cold, I go when its hot. But the number of fans staying at home is surprising to me.. Quote

stevestojan Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 We need a dome. We're not a rough and tumble "blue collar" rah rah bull#### team. We're FINALLY a team with a all-pro QB. What is the advantage to making him play in weather that's considered torture by the Geneva convention? Silly Buffalo pride? If we were in a dome tomorrow, I’d take Buffalo -10 in a heartbeat. With the temps being forecast? I have no idea who wins the game but I’m far less confident. The ball will be a rock and as we saw last time, that means the receivers have trouble catching the ball. I’m actually in town right now and there’s no WAY I would go sit in that mess. Call me a literal fair-weather fan, or that I’m not “tough enough” or not a real fan, but there’s nothing enjoyable about sitting outside for a minute; much less all day and then 4 hours for a game, when it’s 5 degrees out. 2 4 7 1 Quote
