That might sound like ranch dip to some, I’m sure you realize.  😋

 

 

Kidding, never tried it but I’d give it a go once, then decide. But I do LOVE my horseradish!

I get it, but having spent so much time in Argentina, I've come to really like chimichurri.

Obviously would work on a Kaiser roll, but as a topping for the beef, it's perfect.

Alright I’m inspired to add beef on weck to game menu.  So sous vide top round or roast beef is what im going to debate. 
I’m making those Cajun honey butter wings and beef on weck for Bills game!
