Lol the laws of physics even stand no chance against the refs favoring Bama.

how can the ball go forward if his arm was not?

That's the right call.  Ball was coming out just before his arm starts going forward and recovered with the toe just barely in bounds.

And the ball moved forward how?  Magic?

It may not make sense as far as where the ball went afterwards but in every shot I've seen the ball is absolutely coming out before his arm starts going forward.

He didn't have control when his hand knocking the ball forward.

Did you see any air between his hand and the ball?  He had it in his hand.  If he lost control before his arm started coming forward, it either would have slipped out backward or separated from his hand or get batted.  It certainly would not have traveled eightish yards on its own.

I didn’t realize Doug Marrone was a coach For Alabama. Saw his miserable face on the sideline so I looked it up. What a fall from the top that guy had. From NFL head coach  to collegiate offensive line coach. Couldn’t have happened to a better guy.

Open hand. A ball can be pushed forward while loose in the QB's hand.

It's possible to have a ball on your hand without gripping it.

Heck, I've seen QBs lose their grip on the ball, then clench their fists while trying to throw it, and push the thing forward with a closed fist.

You're confusing touching the ball and controlling the ball.

QB discussions aside, is the Georgia DT Wyatt draft eligible? Everyone is in love with Davis's stature and talent, and rightly so. But Wyatt, as Herbstreit recently mentioned, is excellent. I know Google would answer this for me, mind you.
