SuperBowlOrBust Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 We're driving in so we do not need to be close to the airport. Go Bills! Quote
Boatdrinks Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Aloft 500 Pearl, Curtis , Embassy Suites ( Avant building) Hampton Inn Delaware all good options for where you want to be. 2 1 Quote

DrDawkinstein Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Agreed with Boatdrinks, you'll prob need to be downtown. But you might want to first identify Sports Bars in the area and go from there. Since Buffalo doesnt attract a lot of transplants, and is a big Home Team Town, there are not a lot of traditional Sports Bars like you find in other cities. So first question: Which Sports Bars do you plan on hanging out at? Quote
SuperBowlOrBust Posted January 10, 2022 Author Posted January 10, 2022 I think you're right, I should have made the question what sports bar do you recommend and then figure out a hotel based on that. My nephew goes to UB and he mentioned Sidelines but I don't know anything about it. 1 Quote
Boatdrinks Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I would highly recommend Sidelines. I’d also give them a call first well ahead of time and make a reservation. You probably won’t get in for a prime time playoff game as a walk in. Quote
Nextmanup Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Boy, being a fan is complicated! This stuff isn't easy for an out-of-towner! Quote

BuffBills51 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Coming into town for the game with my 12 year old son and my almost 70 year old mom. I am thinking about parking at ECC. If we get to the stadium by 6:00 should there still be space in the ECC parking lots or should we plan to get there earlier? Quote
SuperBowlOrBust Posted January 10, 2022 Author Posted January 10, 2022 We thought we could check in to the hotel at 2 and then watch the afternoon game and then we are going to Kettles parking lot to tailgate so yes, we will be at the game but wanted some place to celebrate the victory afterwards! 1 Quote
LabattBlue Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 If you stay at the Courtyard or Marriott downtown by the Key Bank Center, you have Southern Tier Brewing(formerly 716), that may have the biggest screen in WNY. 3 Quote
SuperBowlOrBust Posted January 10, 2022 Author Posted January 10, 2022 Thanks, everything filling up fast! Lots of Pat's fans... Quote

HOUSE Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Why drink, are you nervous? This is how it all starts, first its one playoff game then it's every night..... 3 Quote
Breakout Squad Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 Hotel prices are gonna be ridiculous Saturday night. My cousin is a manager at a downtown hotel and it was over $400/night for the MNF Pats game. I’m a social worker I can’t come close to affording that just for a place to sleep. Quote
