Matt_In_NH Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Hats off to these guys. Job well done! Wonder if they ever were #1 in both yards and point. 2 1 19 Quote
Warcodered Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I'm kind of glad they didn't make any of them probowlers it's pissed them off. 2 6 2 Quote
Saxum Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Question will Bills give them incentives they would have earned if they made it. A number of players will be getting bonuses out of that special bonus fund based on playing time and inversely proportional to salary. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Their sack stats took a bump today too. They were already the top 3rd down defense.... but today should put them way clear in that category as well. Quote
GoBills808 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I know the jets were missing their wideouts but let’s not gloss over how dominant our defense was today that was an elite performance even opponent adjusted 4 2 1 Quote
atlbillsfan1975 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 When I think about the other teams in the playoffs I think the Bills play the best complimentary football. Their offense and defense have the ability to make game changing plays. Quote
Bermuda Triangle Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Sullivan should ask Hyde and Poyer right now if they're embarrassed. They're on the mic now. 1 6 1 2 Quote

BillsPride12 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Ed Oliver really came on strong during the second half of the season...if Rousseau develops and takes a nice jump next year our Defense could be scary. We just need to have a consistent pass rush...our secondary is solid. 4 1 Quote
hemma Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 53 yards is the least our D has allowed since the 2004, 6-3 Cleveland game. They amassed 26 total yards in that game. Quote

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Going to absolutely need them the rest of the way. Defense still wins championships wether or not people want to accept it. 2 Quote
AlfaBill Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I’m not sold on the D. I think they played a crappy jets team who had a lot of starters out. I believe this D is a over average. They do play better with a lead, no matter how small. Hopefully they continue to stop the run and get after the QB. 2 1 2 Quote

This isn't a week 18 ranking this is the sum of the entire regular season. I mean WTF were they supposed to do against the Jets? 3 2 4 Quote

Bruce Smith Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 The run D is still a problem against good teams. 1 Quote

When it comes to NFL defenses in today's game, all teams can have their moments opponents can put up numbers on them at times but this thread is about the year not today only. Every other team gave up more points and yards this year. 3 Quote
