PromoTheRobot Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 He had a nice final year with the Bills. What went wrong since? 2 Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Perfect addition imo. We're losing Hughes and Addison next year. Nice cheap option. 1 4 3 1 Quote

Arkady Renko Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Only plausible explanation is that the unethical Jets wanted to get inside info on the Bills defense and our man Shaq said no!! 1 1 1 Quote

I think the Jets are beyond that sort of thing, realizing it's not going to help anyway. 😜 1 Quote

Warcodered Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 I mean it is kind of strange timing. Wouldn't really mind bringing him back for cheap. 1 3 Quote

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Strange time for a release, unless they want to Give him a chance to sign with a contender. 2 Quote
BuffBillsForLife Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Shaq was completely ineffective as a pass rusher but he was good at setting the edge, and considering we're going to have to go up against Taylor/Harris/possibly Henry in the playoffs and Fournette/Jones in the superbowl that might not be a bad skill to have. blacklabel Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 11 minutes ago, PromoTheRobot said: He had a nice final year with the Bills. What went wrong since? Bills offered him an extension, he chose to go to Miami for slightly more money. Played one year for them, then they traded him to Houston and then from there he was traded to the Jets. Seems like he’s just been bounced around a bunch and hasn’t gotten his footing anywhere he’s landed. He was pretty solid his final year here in Buffalo. Good against the run, which they could use, and he was coming along as a locker room leader. Quote

DapperCam Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 I would sign him to set the edge and for run D. We really seem to struggle with that this year. 1 Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 If the Bills want him for the playoffs, he has to clear waivers first. 1 Quote
