Yeah... Because it's not a box.  Don't usually have "Postmaster General approved" on them...

 

...Well anyway,  this lady knew her legal ***** before stuffing that fish in the slot! 😆 

 

I should bring up my lawn chem guy up on charges!  😆... He always sticks the bill after he's done in my mailbox. 😆

So in other words.  You can deliver the mail, do their job, as long as you pay.  How convenient! 😆
