Patrick Duffy
Was nice to finally see. He can get some good yardage at times when a run play is called more than 5 times a game. I never did buy into the "Bills suck at or have no running game" talk. It definitely was never as bad as many thought or said it was imo. Any team that only runs the ball single digit attempts likely won't produce much on the ground
offyourocker
I thought the whole time that he needed to run more. I did nit like the approach early in year to share carries. Seems like neither Motor or Moss ever got i to a rhythm.
Nineforty
He had a few where he looked like vintage Leveon Bell, showing some patience. Nothing super exaggerated but a few where he paused and reassesed on the fly
Maine-iac
Singletary looked great. What's more he's always been great between the 20's but he seemed to have found a nose for the end zone as well. We call run plays so little that it's not often we've been able to see the effects of wearing down a defense using the run and by the 4th qtr we basically owned the Falcons today. As far as Allen somehow not being able to throw as well if we run the ball more that sounds ridiculous. If you are running the ball well enough that your QB isn't throwing the ball at all then you shouldn't be having too many problems scoring points not to mention I'm sure Allen can handle it just fine. The games where Allen has been turning the ball over it had little to do with how many times we ran it. There are no tipped passes when you run every down and rip off an average of 5 ypc.

FilthyBeast
Have said all along he needed to be RB1 and get 75 % + off the carriers each week but at least that's happening now and no coincidence this team has found a winning formula again. So cool to see the team eating up clock and moving the chains on the rare day Allen did not have his "A" game. If the Bills can run like today and get the usual Allen, then we got something. Besides the Falcons being a lower tier team, what did the OL do to generate the consistent running game? Bottle that formula up, copy, and paste it into the gameplan each week! The Falcons are NOT good at stopping the run. They are 28th in the league against total yards and given up 19 rushing TDs...(28th). The Bills need to continue to improve running the football. Our stats are masked by Josh Allen's contribution
Hebert19
Btw moss was good too. Think he was 8ypc or something to. The blocking has been better the last 3 or 4 weeks.

Still and all, I did enjoy watching a bonafide NFL run game. One weak defense that completely shut down our passing attack. 3 hours ago, FilthyBeast said: Have said all along he needed to be RB1 and get 75 % + off the carriers each week but at least that's happening now and no coincidence this team has found a winning formula again. Wizard
Thanks for the insights. It was just nice to see when our strongest aspect of offense (the passing game) was struggling that the team was able to capitalize on another team's weak run defense and prove we can do some running in key situations. The running game and run defense's ability to make stops will be that extra 10% to push toward a win against a great opponent and in a close game in two weeks time! Thanks for the insights.
