If I dare put words in Shaw’s mouth, it will only depend on if the Bills win a Super Bowl by a last second, 4th down magical play to equal the thrill of that moment. Most SBs are determined way earlier in the game. Should we ever win one, we’ll glow for the remaining minutes of the game and REJOICE at the end,  but I doubt it will be this euphoric.. jmo.

You know, I wasn't even sure I knew what I meant when I wrote that, but you're correct.   There we were, on the brink of yet another season without making the playoffs.   It was over.   It was 4th down, and Howdy Doody (that's what my wife calls Dalton) simply never was the guy to do Josh Allen impersonations.   And then - BOOM! - (as our dear departed friend would say).  It was magical.   Unbelievable.

Diggs's miracle touchdown for the Vikings was like that.  Now, maybe Diggs can do that in the Super Bowl for us.

Wow.  Never saw that video.   What a perfect way to experience that moment.   Fabulous.

Maybe even winning a Super Bowl won't match that day and that moment.

maybe for pure emotion...... but if Bills win Super Bowl on last play of game Allen diving in for TD.....I don't know if we will survive that emotion.

It was awesome being there live when we snapped the playoff drought with my brother. I said to someone at halftime that we were going to make the playoffs and they said don’t jinx it. I wish that I would’ve met Thurman Thomas.

It’s crazy because it seems so much longer than 4 years ago.

Also the standard with this team has definitely changed.  Based on what they’ve done over the past 4 years celebrating a playoff appearance seems kind of small.

The Celine Dion is nauseating. If you needed a soundtrack backing this moment to feel the emotion, start pulling out your fan card.

you guys are entitled to your opinions.

They suck, mind you. But you’re entitled..

It feels like yesterday I was at my buddies house looking up flights to Jax and donating 14 bucks to the dalton fund.

So many of us were on the phone that night! MAN! DID we SHOW OUT at that game!

My wife and 9 year old daughters who are not sports fans knew I wanted the bills to make the playoffs.   I finished watching the bills win and it came down to Bengals Ravens which was not trending well so I was kind of dejected looking watching the Bengals and she asked did yhe bills win?   Yes I replied.  So they are in the playoffs?   Nope probably not.  Then That play happened and I reacted like all bills fans jumped out of my seat cheering.   “The’re In the playoffs now”!  She was staring at the tv knowing the Bills were not on the screen sincerely confused.  Again. Not a sports fans did not know about tie breakers and why I cared about the bengals.

7 years ago today Marrone resigned. Lot of water under the bridge since then.

Wow.

I was so disappointed that day.  I hated the rejection.  Then Rex under the bridge.

Now this.  Almost out of the blue.

I had Sunday ticket online and had a glitch in the internet as the bengals were breaking the huddle for this play. I kept trying to logout and in and missed the play and saw they scored a touchdown on the yahoo sports app. And then my Sunday ticket kicked back in as they were kicking the extra point. So I f’n missed it hahaha. Still kinda mad about it honestly.

Man I was so hungover the next morning. New Years Eve AND the Bills broke their 17 year drought. Bad combo.

Pretty sure I was still drunk the next day.

17 years of frustration and disappointment wiped away by ONE play !!!!
