Slime is a blood gang term.

It's a inner city word that gangs also use

It's not strictly gang affiliated though the bloods do use it

According to Urban Dictionary

Josh is like many suburban kids who grew up like him...very aware and in tune with hip hop slang and culture...it even got Josh in hot water on draft day! Overall, it's a great thing for cultured guys like Josh and I who can relate and clearly communicate with various cultures and not be awkward or lame doing it.
