We'll just have to agree to disagree on that.  I don't think any throw where a R handed QB rolls to the L to escape pressure and extend the play can be called a "clear error".

Not to be argumentative, Josh Allen admitted as much. Sorry, I can’t find the quote right now but I read it somewhere. Will leave it at that and move on.

JA played an awesome game on Sunday and this situation is no doubt clearly nitpicking relative to his body of work against the Cheats.

Josh never doesn't take the blame for a missed play like that.  That's why his teammates love him so much.

Again, sure it could have been a better throw, but Kumerow had his hands on it and wasn't hit so he should have caught it, as he's paid to do.

You didn't watch that clip, did you?  1:25 in.  We see other team's WR make similar adjustments several times a game.  It was a difficult throw for Josh, on the run to his left, but it was an entirely catchable ball.  Kumerow got both hands on it, but put his right arm out to break his fall instead of keeping both hands on it.

It was not a "very poorly thrown ball" much less "the worst easy pass of Josh's career".  Could it have been better, sure, but Pats WR have been catching worse balls from Jones all damned season.  It was in no way analogous to a CF diving for it and laying out straight.

There was a much harder pass later in the game that McKenzie hauled in at a dead run, fully extended, and slammed into the turf (but kept both hands on the ball and hauled it in).   THAT was a catch analogous to a CF diving and laying out straight.

The way some people have reacted to the Sanders/Kumerow drops reminds me of the excuses people made up for our WR's after Josh Allen's first Playoff Game against the Texans.  No one made a play, and then as the playoffs progressed, every game was filled with WR's making catches as difficult, or more difficult than the ones we needed our guys to make.

Could Josh have thrown the ball better, sure... but those catches are routinely made by NFL WR's... not just elite NFL WR's, but run of the mill, normal #2, #3 WR's for most teams in the league.

Exactly my feeling.  Was it a perfect throw/could it have been better?  No/Yes.  Was it a catchable ball that Kumerow was able to get both hands on, also Yes.  Does an NFL WR need to finish those, hell to the Yes.

Is Josh Allen going to throw his guys under a bus in the presser, ever?  No, he'll always take the blame "I need to make a better throw".

But for an NFL team to win, NFL WR need to haul in those imperfect throws, and our WR seem to have gotten the notion that they don't need to.

Mac Jones has had a high completion percentage this season because of the circus catches his group of relative "JAGs" have been hauling in.

My favorite line from the video is the last one. The announcer mentioned that the Pats didn’t force a punt all game.  We turned it over on downs once, but no interceptions and no fumbles lost.  That’s pretty awesome.

On that beautiful TD shovel pass to Knox, the play could’ve easily been flagged as #75 Williams was again too far downfield, about 3 or 4 yards in the endzone. He’s got a bad habit of doing that.

If you watch Judon he’s literally hoping mad about it too. Look at his immediate reaction and calling for a flag.  Those are tough calls at goal line.

Yep. Their body language immediately said I thought this and you thought that.

Why is it when the Bills win I spend the whole next day searching the internet for the opposing team's fans reactions, but if the Bills lose I want to work in the yard or run errands? Weird, huh?

I saw that and was wondering what he was upset about.  But he can hop all he wants to.  It's not like Williams is going to stop engaging his guy just so he can go back to being within a yard of the LOS.

Yeah.  Thankfully it didn't bite them in the ass.

So in the scheme of JA17 era games, my top five games in order of delirium:

1.  Patriots in the Foxhole last Sunday.

2. Colts last year's playoffs with the TJ pick six

3. KC on SNF in the rain this year.

4. Dallas on Turkey day.

5. Patriots last year in the Foxhole on MNF
