The NFL should be embarrassed and I’m not one to call bad officiating. Terrible. Yeah, I was thinking Browns bulletin boards be lit up like ours was on that No Call 1 1 Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 That was clearly a hold. Lol he pulled the receiver away from the ball so he had access to it 😆 1 1 Quote

Success Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 We lost to the Bucs on a bad no call. At least our season didn't end on a bad no call. I really feel for Cleveland & the fans there. That's brutal. Quote
nedboy7 Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Is it getting worse? These weird crucial calls? I don't recall so many of these prior seasons. 1 1 Quote
oldmanfan Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Helps us, but the Browns got hosed on that non-call. 1 Quote

UKBillFan Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 From our point of view in the Play Off race, we were shafted in Tampa and the Browns were shafted tonight, so it evens things up when it comes to us as a pair. But it's not right or fair at all on either team. Quote

stevestojan Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Should someone copy the last few dozen pages of the Tampa Bay game-day thread and paste them over to the Browns message board to save those folks some time? 1 1 Quote

I thought his 3rd interception was on the wr. He raised his hand like he was open, then seemed to give up on the play before slipping and falling down. Quote

Herc11 Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 What I don't understand, is NFL HQ in New York likes to chime in and change penalties that are called. Why don't they chime in on obvious non-calls as well?? 1 1 1 Quote
Buffalo03 Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 (edited) The refs are clearly changing the outcome of games. All those brain dead people that constantly always say "well, they shouldn't have been in that position in the first place. They had many other opportunities". That's not the point. In the most critical time of the game, on a very blatant bad call by the refs, this changed the outcome of the game. Period. They were down by 2 points on the final drive of the game. If that call is made, they are in field goal range. Everything that happens prior is irrelevant. The opportunity at that moment was taken away by the officials. Would the Browns have scored? We don't know. But THAT CALL was the number one reason why it was lost Edited December 26, 2021 by Buffalo03 1 1 1 1 Quote

Bad non call but that hold was way less obvious than Diggs getting dragged down by his collar late in the 4th or having his jersey grabbed earlier vs TB. Still refereeing is borderline pathetic. Lowly Buffalo and Cleveland and other red headed stepchildren are called a different game. Pretty sickening stuff. 1 2 Quote
RobbRiddick Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Browns fans have had enough of Baker. From their forum: "Biggest choker in the league. Front Office has seen enough from this midget. Time to move on. What a f#ckin loser." And a partridge in a pear tree 1 1 Quote
Malazan Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Browns were moving the ball by feeding Chubb.. then decided to let Faker throw it for some reason. Stupid. 1 1 Quote

But they could have one metric - if a defender has the jersey, that's not subjective. That's something they could review & call correctly every time. 1 Quote
