I already checked into him, but apparently he is COVID positive right now.

 

But I did some research into Derek Hagan and Ruvell Martin--both of whom are AVAILABLE and COVID-FREE.

What would be really great is if there were I...I don't know...a squad of players. They could practice with the team and get to know the playbook and game plan.

 

They...in an ideal world wouldn't count to the 53 man roster BUT if they were needed they could be called up to the main roster. Maybe somewhere between a dozen and a dozen and a half. Could even have experienced vets there stashed away.

Yes, we do… they are all not as familiar with the offense and Josh as the Duke though…😀

There's always Kelvin Benjamin.  The good thing about him is if a TE goes down you can just bring in a few Popeye's biscuits for the pre-game meal and he's good to go.

duke hasn't been on the roster all season, the other players practice daily with Josh, how can you think that it the case?
