Greg S Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Maybe we can get Nick Mike-Mayer to come out of retirement. 3 2 Quote
Matt_In_NH Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 I would just use Josh Allen. 2 1 9 Quote
Charles Romes Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Yesterday made me think they ought to have an emergency kicker in the stands every game like an emergency goalie in hockey. 3 1 Quote
BillsShredder83 Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Maybe we bring Urban in for a look-see? He'd get along get with Mafia tailgaters. Pay him with an old stack of Kiko jerseys he can use as currency 3 1 Quote
Big Turk Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 With how well McD is usually prepared, I would be very surprised if he didn't already have this situation prepared for ahead of time. 1 Quote

NyQuil Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 I still can’t believe a single player on the Panthers line up was not the team kicker in high school 3 2 Quote
Mr. WEO Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 I was told yesterday you don't need one because Kicker almost never gets injured right before game, so....why prepare?? 1 Quote
AlCowlingsTaxiService Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Isn’t Steve Christie slinging sofas at some furniture store? That’s the guy!😂 2 Quote

You can’t be “in the stands”. You have to be on the active roster and dressed. 2 1 Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 If I were a kicker struggling to make a team i'de practice long snapping. A long snapper that can kick would always have a roster spot. 1 Quote

Their punter was an aussie rules guy so he had no PK experience. Just a bad situation 1 Quote

Jerome007 Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 (edited) Long snappers, 3rd QB, players... what about the PUNTER practicing field goals? Don't tell me that these guys, with obviously very strong legs, don't have 2-3 sessions of 20 minutes a week to also practice field goals (and field goal pickers practicing punts). No they wouldn't turn into great ones, but they could certainly make 33 yards and under ones fairly regularly. Edited December 20, 2021 by Jerome007 5 1 2 Quote
