Max Fischer Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Scored 31 points on a tough Carolina defense. Some will point out a few short fields but the offense, despite three OL out of place, still had a decent day. I thought the defense played well. However, our punter is getting worse. Quote
GoBills808 Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 I always feel good when the Bills win Imo if you don’t you might want to consider why you’re watching in the first place 1 1 Quote
nedboy7 Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Seems to me running the ball helps the OL. So why aren’t we running more? 1 Quote
LittleSammy Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Let's take the win and move on. Need to figure out how to give Brown some help next week. You know Belichick was licking his chops watching him today. Quote
Straight Hucklebuck Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 You feel happy and move onto the Patriots. Today was all about getting a win however we had to get it. Stop the bleeding. Quote

nedboy7 Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Just now, GunnerBill said: Does it? They still got killed in pass pro all day You don’t want them running the ball more? It sure seems to help them gain confidence. The pass protection is non existent. I don’t recall in the past linemen just running thru the line like it wasn’t there. It’s quite dysfunctional. Quote
Another Fan Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 5-10 years ago it would have felt very good this win. I still recall in 2012 the Bills losing to a 5-7 NFC opponent at home (the Rams) which ended the season. That stung. But you know rightfully so fans expectations are higher now. So yeah the win feels good. But the ultimate goal is higher. If the Bills play like they did today next week will they beat NE? I'll leave that up to you to answer. But to me that's what I'm looking for 1 Quote
nedboy7 Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Good win yea. But each week I feel worse about the OL. I guess I fool myself into believing we can turn it around. At least we ran the ball today 1 Quote
ALLEN1QB Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 (edited) not very good will not beat New England next week probably will not make the playoffs Edited December 19, 2021 by ALLEN1QB 1 1 Quote

We ran it 24 times tonight with Singletary, Brieda and McKenzie, some of that was at the end of the game running clock, so I would think that is about right. I'd be aiming for about 15-20 running back runs per game. Just enough to keep defenses honest but this team will love or die on Josh Allen's arm and so it should. 4 Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 We put up 31 on the #2 ranked defense and 9th in scoring defense. This is with Spencer Brown killing us. 3 1 Quote
MiltonWaddams Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 It’s a win. When your team wins, the correct response is to be happy. The incorrect response is to not be happy. Wait until next week and be unhappy if they lose. It’s much healthier to be happy. I’m going to go with being happy. 20 minutes ago, LittleSammy said: Let's take the win and move on. Let’s hope that we don’t have to worry about seeing Brown next week at left tackle. Doyle even looked better in his few snaps. Quote
VirginiaMike Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 I feel good every time the Bills win! Quote

We had 4 OL positions with different players in them, including 2 starters out of the game. We played a strong defense. That accounted for most of the penalties and sacks. Our defense was fine. We aren’t going to stop every drive, that is not realistic The Pats* have vulnerabilities too. Worry next week if they are not healthier and better. Quote
BillsFanSD Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 The Bills got a nice, workmanlike win over an overmatched opponent. Nothing to celebrate, but nothing to feel bad about either. Next week's game is huge. No clue why some of you follow this team if you're going to get upset over easy double-digit wins. 2 Quote
