It's not garbage time when you are trying to run out the clock against a team that is trying to stop the run.  Garbage time is when you are down multiple scores and running is easy because they are trying to keep you from throwing.

Please find something to complain about.  When they run the ball at the end of the game well it's considered garbage time if not they can't run it to close out the game.
