Funny how that works! My favorite part was they knew we would run on that last drive, and we could still RUN THE BALL!

The Panthers have a solid pass rush and with our wounded oline with most playing out of position, you knew it wouldn't be a cake walk.  I think not having a kicker, either simplified the Carolina game plan.  You just go for it on 4th down.

As their best blocking receiver, it helps the offense be more balanced if he's out there. Whether he's the cause or effect, I just like the way the offense looks with him in.

Notice how all the good plays in that drive had Allen under center. 

 

Notice how much stronger of a runner Singletary is when he can rev up and hit a hole rather than stand and wait for a second and a half.

 

Notice how the fun set up that play action pass.

 

Funny what happens when you play your most skilled players and use their strength. Motor, Davis, McK all make big plays.
