I really hope Beane and McDermott look at Andrew Lucks career and learn from the Colts failures during his tenure. An elite QB can make average receivers good. I'll be rooting the rest of the season but this one is completely a waste. We aren't winning a Super Bowl, which makes it a waste. Playoffs aren't good enough anymore.
