Bills need a dome because the weather sucks for the fans as much as it does for the players. Most players don't want to play in cold, rain, and wind.  Most players are from the South or California.  The chance JA is still playing with the Bills by the time the new stadium is done is really low. 

Hope they change their mind and build a dome like Minnesota

like every week. The gusts in our stadium are stupid. Maybe not 50

MPH— but over 20 MPH almost weekly in the winter.  I don’t mind the rain or snow. But the wind is killer.

Allen has shown that he plays better in ideal settings. Wentz not being that good doesn’t really prove anything. If we are trying to maximize investment in Allen I would definitely look into an retractable roof. Players today are coddled and soft as it is. Playing in the elements is definitely not an advantage for this team that is more finesse than physical.

That works when you can run defenders off with route combinations, but when the defense can keep all 11 guys within 5 yrds of the LOS, it becomes a real problem.
