What do you mean a team like the Chiefs? In their last 5 games against teams not named the Raiders they have scored 3 points, 20 points, 13 points, 19 points, 22 points. They are not a juggernaut

It’s just not how things work. Let me ask you something. If a kicker misses a kick was it a bad decision by the to coach to kick?

We, in no way, need this game.   This game likely means next to nothing to us.

Before tonight they were ranked 8th with a 4th down conversion rate of 61.9%. More specifically 13 for 21. Meh. So far after tonight they would be 15 for 26. Only one of their 4th down conversions tonight led to points. It is not good odds.

If the Chiefs start losing you can bet the Jackson stuff will start getting more attention, whether related or not and I couldn't be more happy.

The Chargers are making 90% of their kicks this year. I don't have specific distance splits but I'm going to assume inside the 20 they are close to 100% like most teams. Meanwhile they are converting just 57.7% of 4th downs this year. So no the two decisions are not comparable.
