McBeane seem to like to draft their skill guys in the middle rounds ensuring that we have little chance at dynamic playmakers. So glad we have Cody Ford instead of DK or AJ Brown and Epenesa over Jonathan Taylor. And the Vikings seem to have won the Diggs trade in getting Jefferson on a cheaper contract for years as well as the additional picks. But Beane probably would not have taken Jefferson anyway in the first so getting Diggs instead of wasting it on another first round average talent was probably the way to go for us.

I don't think WR2 needs to be addressed. They need to start using Gabe Davis as WR2. He's a star in the making

Gabe Davis is a nice 3rd or 4th wr. He might be a decent number 2 with a high end qb but he is from from a star. Yes, he should probably play over a broken down aging Sanders and Beasley also seems to be losing a step. But this wr corps is not to be feared as there is nobody that can outmuscle a defender for a jump ball nor is there anyone able to take the top off a defense. And for that matter, there really isn't any wr on this team that can take a wr screen and making a bunch of guys miss. Diggs is the best we have and he has taken a step back this year but he is still a really good route runner and sideline toe tap catcher. Knox might be the most dynamic weapon as a wr option but we have to make sure he catches the ball first.
