The Tampa Bay Buccaneers activated cornerback Richard Sherman off injured reserve Friday, just two days after beginning his 21-day practice window.

The move clears the way for Sherman, who suffered a calf injury during warm-ups prior to the Week 10 game vs. Washington, to return on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.

 

Stat to know: Bills receiver Stefon Diggs needs 102 receiving yards to reach 1,000 on the season, which would make him the second player in Bills history with 1,000 in consecutive seasons (Stevie Johnson, three straight from 2010 to 2012).  Yes he was the Bills FIRST consecutive 1000 yard WR despite all of the disparaging remarks against Stevie and Fritz.
