Bold to have someone new doing returns.

Fortune favors the bold, though.

The most trusted returner on the roster is Hyde.  He did it quite a bit last year and I bet it is him and Breida.  Those two warmed up with kicks in New Orleans

i live about 30 min south of stadium and i just had some crazy wind gusts! We all watching countdown and jumped off the couch to the sound a tree coming down, fortunately nothing hit the house

Keep the reports coming, and stay safe!

i believe if you win the toss, you can pick direction, not pick defer/ball. What that means is the patriots can elect to basically receive the kickoff to open both the first and second halves.

Yes you can, but why?  No excuse to ever give away a possession.

Pretty certain that gets said player/coached a lifetime ban from the sport 😁

Bills coaches need to tell bass  to kick it as high as possible on kick offs and let the wind do its thing

The risk is if it blows out of bounds they get it at the 40.

I saw a lot of talk obviously about the returners being inactive... but the real head scratcher to me is why is Gilliam out?? Possible weather game, need to run and thats the day we sit our only FB? I dont understand the thought process here.

I assume for goal line they will put Knox at FB and put an extra tackle eligible at TE?

Wouldn't be surprised if the answer is nobody.  With this wind, the balls gonna go where it goes.  Don't risk a fumble.

Somebody at least has to catch the kickoff.  I am guess Hyde.  He has done it before and has good hands at least.

And if he kicks it high enough and the wind really "does its thing" it might go for negative yards...or something insanely short like 10-20.

Wow, looks like McKittrick may have played his last game as a Bill.  Even Muffquez inactive.

That "last game as a Bill" seems like an extrapolation.  McDermott and Farwell both praised both of them this week.

But clearly we want the "hands team" with the best judgement on tracking the ball out there on punts and kickoffs, we think speed is not of much use, and we want to have 4 RBs and 9 DL.
