Sunday Early thread: Chargers at Bengals, 1 pm on CBS

also being shown on CBS in most of the country, including Buffalo

 

Anyone feel another game merits a thread, feel free to start!

 

 

Who do we want to win?  Chargers are currently one game back of the Bills and one seed back of the Bills

Bengals are currently one game ahead of the Bills and one seed ahead of the Bills.

I lean Bengals win.

 

Both have relatively difficult schedules down the stretch. Both still play KC once. But the Chargers might have the easier schedule with the Texans and Giants still to play. Bengals will lose a couple down the stretch. If not, hats off to them. A loss by the Chargers goes a long way in at least the Bills securing a final wild card spot in a worst case scenario.

 

If both the Raiders and Chargers win today the worst case scenario is one I rather not think about.

This game is really interesting... Are the Bengals serious contenders? Are the Chargers?

 

Both teams seem so similar in that regard. This should be a fun one.

The bengals are a much more complete team than the chargers. They’ve had a couple clunkers (who hasn’t) but they have very few weaknesses. The chargers defense is a big problem and Herbert has been inconsistent

His 1st half aggressiveness has also cost the team a few times. Great when it works out but demoralizing when it doesn't.
