On Aug. 29, the BBC reported that new leaked reports suggested Ukrainian battle deaths exploded since the offensive started. Whereas Ukraine was reported to have lost 17,500 troops in the first year of the war, it is presently assessed to have lost a breathtakingly high 50,000 additional deaths, for a total of 70,000 dead and 120,000 wounded. you support this tibs? 1
B-Man Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Yup, money laundering Today, the Clinton Global Initiative announced their very own program to rebuild Ukraine. The US is sending the World Bank $25 billion. Then, the World Bank is sending money to the Clintons. And then the Clintons are sending it to Ukraine. Joe Biden also just appointed a Democrat mega-donor to be the Ukraine reconstruction czar. Her qualifications? She's a billionaire heiress who bankrolled Obama's election. But don't you dare ask where our $100 billion of aid went, because the Ukrainian army's American trans "disinformation" czar says asking questions is treasonous. 1

This puppet of Putin is only the first. Russia's war criminal propagandists will all be hunted down and justice will be served." Why are we giving these psychos our money? Damn. She just got fired. Bet we do pay for her salary and then some. Update(1336ET): The controversial American transgender spokesperson for Ukraine's Territorial Defense Forces Sarah Ashton-Cirillo (born Michael Cirillo) has been suspended indefinitely by the Ukrainian military, also pending an investigation. According to an official Ukrainian military statement, Ashton-Cirillo's recent statements regarding "hunting down" dissidents and "propagandists" were not approved...

B-Man Posted September 21, 2023 Posted September 21, 2023 FTA: Which brings us to the bigger picture: Ukrainian President VOLODYMYR ZELENSKYY heads to Washington later this week in a last-ditch effort to shore up American support for his war-torn nation. But while there’s a broad bipartisan coalition keen on continuing aid to Kyiv, it increasingly looks like that assistance could become the latest casualty of the battle inside the GOP. To recap: The White House and Ukraine’s bipartisan allies in the Senate have plotted for weeks to advance $24 billion in supplemental Ukraine aid alongside whatever temporary funding patch moves around the Oct. 1 shutdown deadline. House conservatives have erupted at the notion of attaching Ukraine aid to a CR, and even McCarthy’s gambit of moving it separately with border security legislation has gotten a chilly reception. https://hotair.com/tree-hugging-sister/2023/09/20/ukrainian-spokes-trans-suspended-ukraine-funding-may-blow-up-talks-n579362 VOTE SEPARATELY for funding If it’s that important, get it on the record, don’t add 24 BILLION to a government budget continuance !!! 1
All_Pro_Bills Posted September 21, 2023 Posted September 21, 2023 What I haven't seen anywhere in the MSM yet are references to this statement by the Polish PM communicating a surprising about-face by one of the most ardent supporters of Ukraine. With an election coming and popularity for war support falling compounded by Ukrainian grain flooding the Polish market the politics have changed dramatically. 2

Its like words and actions have consequences. Poland summons Ukrainian ambassador over Zelenskiy remarks, Kyiv calls for calm | Reuters Then hours later. Poland no longer arming Ukraine, says PM (msn.com) Interesting how they reference Ukraine as a drowning person that is holding its rescuers under water, to save itself. On a side note. Poland has some of the most interesting history stories going. from mermaids to ancient warrior armies.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said it foiled an attempted attack against Russian territory overnight, claiming to have destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea and Crimea. Oleg Kryuchkov, an adviser to the Russian-installed head of Crimea, denied reports that the air base was destroyed. “Our air defense shot down everything,” he said. Unnamed sources in the Ukrainian Security Services told CNN that at least 12 Su-24 and Su-30 combat aircraft, as well as Pantsir missile systems, were being held at Saki air base on Crimea’s western coast when it was targeted by a “massive fire strike.” The unnamed sources told CNN that the base was also used to train operators of Iranian-made drones and said the attack “caused serious damage to the occupiers’ equipment.” The Washington Post could not independently verify the reports, and it was not immediately clear if any Russian military assets were damaged. Saki air base was attacked last year, and a Ukrainian government official told The Post at the time that Ukrainian special forces were responsible. So a very expensive attack on a field. Unsourced
B-Man Posted September 21, 2023 Posted September 21, 2023 (edited) As I type this, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is on Capitol Hill again, this time to try to secure another $23 billion. That would be on top of the already $113 billion that has been appropriated over the last year and a half. Ukraine's war of self-defense against Russia has largely turned into a stalemate. The spring counter-offensive that Zelensky was hoping would turn the tide hasn't produced the desired results, and while Vladimir Putin is certainly not "winning" the war, he's been able to garner a position where he could conceivably drag it out for many more years. That has some Republicans saying enough is enough. Rand Paul is one of them, and he pulled no punches when asked about the situation https://redstate.com/bonchie/2023/09/21/watch-rand-paul-pulls-no-punches-on-ukraine-n2164101 Edited September 21, 2023 by B-Man 1
