Reasonable Time To Arrive at Stadium For MNF

Hi - a friend and I are coming up to the Bills/Pats from Rochester.  Never been to a MNF game.  Will set up a cooker and tent and have a few beers but not go overboard.  Any lot and time of arrival suggestions?

Bills lots and ECC lot will open at 4. So much is gunna be weather dependent.  50mPh winds are gunna curtail some early tailgating for sure.
