Hawaii50 Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 Hitting the QB to hard calls are tough to take. At least they were equal between teams. Quote

balln Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 omg that hit the ground - who the ***** is terry ? these refs the networks get to comment are even mind blowingly clueless - WHICH should tell you how messed up the whole system is 1 Quote

If Broncos beat Chargers again they'll get the head to head tie breakers. Confusing. Correct. It's because 3 teams in the division have the same record at 6-5. That negates head to head and so you go to division record. 1 Quote

y2zipper Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 I didn't think that hit the ground but the whole point of clear and obvious is to go with the field cal when you can't see it. Quote
benderbender Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 This "clear and obvious" thing must be new. Hasn't stopped the eye in the sky from overruling obvious calls 1 Quote

I just don’t like him as a QB because he’s not very good at that position and they’ll never go deep in the playoffs with him. Quote

I think it's 60% likely the ball touched the ground. "Clear and obvious" ought to mean something more like 80 or 90 percent. Quote

The bertemanuel catch. Quote

Well, here we disagree. I guess Kaepernick, who went to the SB and damn near won it, is the best proof that a run oriented QB can go deep into the playoffs. Quote
