You do realize Bucs lost to both Saints and WFT, two teams we beat.

With Tre I would give us a decent chance against Tampa. Without him.... I just don't see a way to stop their wideouts. New Orelans is a tough matchup for Tampa and particularly because they have good corners. You need corners to beat the Buccs.

But apparently you don’t need a QB.

It is a matchup league. The Bills can absolutely score on the Buccs secondary which is a weakness. But to do that we would have to pass protect against their excellent dline (we don't do that well). And to stop them you need good corners. We just our difference maker.

Because he can control everything and some college jobs are better than NFL jobs.  He can have three good young QB's on his team at any time if he recruited well.  There are many college jobs that are better than almost any NFL job.  USC was one of them.  LSU is another open job.

Not to an NFL guy. McDermott is an NFL guy. He preaches professionalism. He doesn't want to go work with kids. There is zero point zero percent chance he would be interested.

Like I said almost zero chance it happens.  But if the Bills miss out on the playoffs in a year they were supposed to contend for the SB and Allen is healthy, then his job should be in question.

No it shouldn't. It is the offensive line that has helped sink this season (if indeed it is sunk). If I am asking anyone a question about that I am asking the general manager. But they both have enough credit in the bank that a winning season that misses the playoffs should not put anything in question except "how can we put better pieces around Josh?"

If the Chargers win (probable) and Ravens lose (probably 50/50), then all playoff teams in the AFC will have 4 losses and the #1 seed will be fair game. Titans need to lose one more game than us the rest of the way because they have the head-to-head.

Not necessarily.  The way this season is going there could possibly be 3 or 4 Division winners all with the same record.

If none of those teams swept or lost to all the others it goes down to conference records and then the other tie-breakers.

Just kicking ourselves - we should be at least 8-3 (Jags) if not 9-2 (Steelers). Take the narrow Titans defeat into equation it'd be 10-1.

I love it. The suspense, the long road traveled to get here.  NE actually has a chance to take the #1 seed for this week. And the Bills have the opportunity to crush their hopes twice before the playoffs. Good stuff. And there are a bunch of AFC teams within striking distance. It's game on now.
