BBills88 Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 I'm excited to see what D. Jackson brings to the table. Next man up. He may be a pleasant surprise for the Bills. 1 1 Quote
John from Riverside Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 It goes beyond this season of course - How long does it actually take Tre to get back onto the field and - Does it change the way we draft? 1 minute ago, bigK14094 said: To bad Wildgoose got picked up by the Jets. Joe Ferguson Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 Injuries happens and it's part of the game. Dane Jackson will fill in nicely. The no name cornerbacks of the Bucs shut out Mahomes in the Super Bowl. Were they better than Tre? We'll be fine. Relax. 1 1 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 It well make each of them look inside and discover their pure passion in life. I hear Dawson Knox is already contemplating retiring to become a florist in SoHo. Quote
Eastport bills Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 Sean showed some coaching chops by getting the team fired up and disciplined for the game. The offense was better with a run/ pass threat, and penalties were minimal. The loss of Tre will test Sean and Frazier and their creative schemes to protect Dane Jackson from wrecking games. Taron Johnson is as valuable as any player on defense. If he can cover better receivers and we can go 4/3 with Klein against run and TE heavy offenses like NE, we might survive this loss. Otherwise we will have to win shootouts. Quote
TC in St. Louis Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 They will have to dial up more pressure on the QB, and maybe use more zone. They'll figure it out. Or the offense will have to score more points. 1 Quote

chris heff Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 The only team left on the schedule with a strong group of WRs is the Bucs. Is anyone really afraid of New England’s WRs? Quote

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 I think NFL players are mostly trying to go out and do their jobs every day. On a personal level this group is definitely going to have an emotional response to their friend missing the rest of the season and being upset but if anyone is thinking "Man we are cooked without Tre and can't win unless we all band together" I'd be shocked. Half the team probably couldn't tell you we're the 3-seed in the AFC right now. They're involved in the nitty gritty of this week's prep. If anything the DB group is going to be having meetings about what needs to happen now but that's about it. Quote

Only fans love to come up with these emotion/psychology driven story lines. Here's what I think: Tre out for the year will be an enormous hole that will hurt us far more than it helps us via "the team becoming galvanized in his absence" or whatever nonsense the OP is suggesting. 1 hour ago, Beast said: Sure, it could but will it? No fan can answer that question right now. Only the Bills can. It will be interesting to see if the Bills can reach down deep. If they have the heart of a Champion. None of this type of stuff has anything to do with reality. 1 1 Quote

Mij yllek Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 I just checked our remaining schedule and none of the teams we play from here on out have Tre White at CB either. Quote

Hapless Bills Fan Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Can we freaking wait to find out how badly Tre is injured and and what the recommended treatment/timeline is before we go there? Quote
