Why take a timeout there if you're going to punt anyway? Delay of game penalty isn't going to hurt the punt.

I am all fine with them punting but that third and short call is insanely frustrating. Just run the ball on third and short when you are in a 4 minute drill situation. Even if you don't convert you chew up 40 more seconds on the clock and punt them deep. They took a shot one on one with Diggs only to punt it on the next down.
