No bias whatsoever.  Steve Tasker is the greatest all around Special Teams player I have ever seen.  Teams had to plan ahead for Steve Tasker every week.  He is not just a Bills legend.. but a football legend period.

He should most definitely be in the hall of fame but regardless if he is or isn’t.. we all know just how special he was.

I know I've commented on this before, but Steve Tasker was a human missile wearing a helmet! I've always felt that he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. He was the best at his position for many years, and Hall of Fame coaches have admitted to game planning around him on Special Teams. I wished that he had been utilized more as a wide receiver, because he would have probably already been inducted by now in my opinion.

Tasker would really benefit by a little campaigning if someone in the media took up his cause, but he should be in regardless.

The best ever in the history of football to play special teams should be getting enshrined before the 22nd best ever wide receiver.

This is Tasker's final year of regular eligibility before gong to the Coach/Senior Committee (players go to there in their 25th year of retirement). Let's do it!

How Curtis Martin made it with 4.0 career YPC and largely based on volume of carries rather than overall excellence but Tasker, a guy who changed how special teams was played and how football was played isn't in, is mind boggling to me.

I hope it happens, but if not the senior committee should bring him up next year.

I think the semi final list isn't as strong as previous years, so this may be Tasker's best shot. Otherwise he's likely waiting until he's in the senior class of nominees
