And when a QB is playing good they can make a bad OL look good. It is ok. It can be both. The OL is playing bad, which impacts Allen. Allen also is missing some plays resulting in more 2nd/3rd and longs that dont help the OL block a team that can just pin its ears back and shoot gaps, etc.

Many have said Allen isn't playing as well and is reverting to "hero ball" sporadically, which is all true.

 

But there are reasons FOR that, that are obvious, imo.  He has no time in the pocket, or running game. When the game starts to get away from the Bills, he feels like he has to take it on himself. And he's not necessarily wrong.

What, you dont think they would have spend the #7 pick well?  Im sure there was a high motor tweener DE available there, just imagine the rotation! we would be neigh unstoppable
